I have a small metal daybed that my toddler son uses as his “own” couch in our living room, going through that “mine!” phase. I have a set of twin cushions that zip together to 52”x30”x4” and it’s really close to the same size as his old crib mattress—learned this when I tried covering the cushions with his old airplane themed sheet and it fit perfectly!But the sheet didn’t protect my actual adult-intended daybed cushions from toddler messes. This crib mattress protector is perfect for what we needed! It fits very snugly, the elastic wraps all the way around (and the backside elasticky-cheesecloth liner thing they all have overlaps to cover almost 3/4 of the back). No slippage, even with a cushion that is split in the middle and zippered together and a toddler using it like a trampoline daily. Would be very safe for babies, there is a little cushion, but not so plush it would be dangerous, fits very tightly. And it is waterproof, so is working great for my purposes! The quilted too totally hides the fact that there are two separate cushions, so when he will share it, it’s very comfortable for adults to sit on, too. Great price for comfort and peace of mind!

I built a custom frame to fit this mattress that is about a foot off the ground. It is perfect for my greyhounds and they love it!

This is a super nice mattress protector, exactly like the ones in fact I used to use on my full size bed. The only thing is though that babies are not supposed to have padding on their mattresses so I wouldn't use this until a child is at least a toddler. But for the right age this is nice.

So far I’m very happy with this mattress pad. It is very well made. Deep pocket covers the mattress very well and doesn’t slide off. This pad adds a plushy layer of comfort to my son’s mattress.We are yet to test if it is indeed waterproof as we are planning to start potty training soon, so I’ll update if there are any issues, but I really don’t foresee having any problems with it as it is thick and you can feel the texture of the protective layer inside.Would definitely recommend.

In many ways one never wants to test a mattress pad. If things happen to it, then everything on top has already been ruined. For now it is working, but I will update my rating if anything causes issues to it (such as leakage, sewing falling apart, etc.). If you don't see an update, feel free to assume it is working as intended.

We got this mattress cover so the mattress would be protected and have an extra layer of cushion. The elastic is thick and fits well. It is a snug fit. The mattress cover doesn't shift during use. It is waterproof as well. The mattress cover is machine washable and can be machine dried. It did not shrink and fits the mattress the same after washing. The material and construction are both good quality and hold up well during laundering. I recommend this product.

This cover is very soft and has some volume to it! I would recommend using it only when you’re confident your child can hold their head up just to avoid having excess material in their crib that could somehow inhibit breathing.It definitely makes the crib mattress so much softer and keeps it clean with the waterproof feature. Also it was incredibly easy to put on and fit very well!
