After about 9ish months bag developed a hole. The ripstop fabric doesn't seem to stop the rip from getting larger. I ordered nother of the same bag because I'm used to carrying it now

I received a backpack that doesn’t even have the same logo as in the picture (not what I ordered) This is not the same product as advertised. In the first two pictures is what I received. The last picture is what’s advertised.

I was hoping the bag would have some built-in support to keep it extended and easier to pack, but it doesn't. However the bad is very large and offers an array of pockets to store your gear. The straps appear strong and this should serve me well for many years. Would still recommend even though I was hoping for something with a little more rigidity to it.
