Hardened Chain
Very good heavyweight chain not so much used anymore for motorcycles. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

The jingling in the trunk is my security
I leave this in my trunk and it jingles occasionally as I drive around, but it reminds me of how awesome this chain is.The chain is crazy heavy, and the cloth wrapper around the chain is actually thicker (padded?) than I expected. I don't feel concerned sliding it through the bike frames (although I still baby it, just in case). It wraps around the bikes, and then through another cable lock that I just leave securing my bike rack to the vehicle. The giant circle makes it easy to thread the end of the chain through and attach a single lock (I use the giant disc padlock).I feel completely comfortable walking away from my bikes into a store/restaurant while on the road

Heavy Duty Chain with Sheath, a bit pricey!
This a a very nice heavy, long and thick chain with a protective sheath over it and with a nice carry/storage bag. It would take a thief quite a while to defeat it. Perfect for securing all kinds of gear...motorcycle, bikes, generator....10 foot length give you lots of options. You'll need your own lock. It's a bit pricey, but probably far less than the item you're securing so worth the price in the long run!

Very heavy with a nice cover
A determined thief will defeat any measure you use, but with this chain, it raises the required level of determination significantly.I got this to use when stopping for food after going on mountain bike rides. My bike rack has 1/4" cables with locks built in, which is just good enough to keep honest people honest. A professional thief with a pair of $20 bolt cutters could silently defeat them and be off in seconds. Getting through this is going to require a saw or grinder and a bit more time. It's really heavy. The storage bag is fairly small, and tricks you into thinking the chain is light. It's a bit of a surprise when you go to lift it. I also love that it has a cover on it, as I'm threading it through the frames of the bikes and absolutely do not want to scratch them. I would not leave it in place while transporting them though, just while parked.I used a large padlock that was too big to fit through the ring. That way, instead of locking the chain to itself, I can loop it around the bikes and rack, through the ring on it, and then simply lock the padlock onto the end so that it can't pull back out of the ring. It also lets you use with with a shorter and more difficult to cut shackle.I do wish the bag was just a little bit bigger to make it easier to store the lock in there too, but it is possible to fit it with some effort. This review was for "DAOSEC Extra Long Security Chain, 10ft x 0.35in(9mm) Thick Heavy Duty Lock Chain - Hardened Alloy Steel Cut Proof Chain - Ideal for Motorcycles, Generators, Trailers, ATVs and More"

Solid, hardened and protective-sleeved chain
This chain is pretty much as described in the product description (one small error). The chain links are just slightly under 3/8" - the minimum decimal measurement I got was 0.353 inches. I use a puck lock to secure the last link after passing it through the large hardened steel ring (described in the product description as an "o-ring"). The inner dimension of a standard link of the chain is about 5/8", so the link fits in the puck lock opening, and the lock pin fits through the ID of the link. The lock diameter is significantly larger than the round ring ("o-ring") on this chain so it can't be pulled through. I checked the hardness of the chain links. It is hard. A sharp metal saw just skates across the surface of the links. I also pulled the fabric sleeve back to expose more of the chain links. They are all the same. I could not find any issues with this chain. The only issue I found with the product description is that it says this chain is "chrome plated for maximum corrosion protection". The last time I checked, chrome plating was not yellow in color. However, there is is an anti-corrosion coating on this chain (the yellow color). It is not, however, chrome. I consider this a minor translation miss-step. I am pleased with the chain itself. Of note: I have had the best luck getting this chain back into the bag by arranging it serpentine-fashion back and forth the lengthwise direction in the bag (same way it originally came out of the bag). I even have room to include a puck lock in the bag, if done carefully.

Paired with a good lock, keeps thieves without the time or tools honest
No doubt it's a good quality chain. We use this to secure our car hauler, or sometimes to lock the car to the trailer, (not as a tie down), secure our generator, or rock buggy. The sheath is nice, it keeps finishes on your items protected. But it can easily be removed if you need to use the chain in other ways than a choker set.Zero complaints about the chain. While it's nice it comes with a storage bag, the cheap polypropylene webbing they used for the handles will rapidly degrade in the sun or heat and just break off, so heads up if you plan on storing this in a hot vehicle, bed of a truck, toolbox on a trailer, or anywhere else it will see sun or heat.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

This chain is a BEAST
When I took this out of the box first thought was holy ____, this chain is a beast. I don't know what it would take to get through this thing, but it would have to powered, would take a long time and make a ton of noise. No way some bolt cutters are going to defeat this thing in a few seconds. If you have an expensive motorcycle or bike that you have no choice but to leave in a publicly accessible area and need something with this length, this is likely about as good as it gets. No chain is undefeatable, but this one will make any thief have to be very well equipped and determined.
