Not too thin like my yoga mat but thick enough to do my lying down exercises without being uncomfortable. Large enough to do your floor barbell exercises. One drawback- our cat loves to scratch it so I keep it rolled and tucked away. Great quality.

I use it in my garage for my home gym area. It’s soft enough to be able to workout barefoot. I use it for stretching and when doing abdominal work. I love how big it is.

I bought this to go under my treadmill in the garage. Works great for keeping the impact noise down while running!

Lightweight. Moves a little. I don't roll up to keep it flat. Ok quality. Has held up to weights and shoes.

This mat is very thick and stable . It gives good traction and the width makes it perfect for complete coverage for my yoga session

Needed a large workout mat in the basement for the gym area and this one did the trick. It comes rolled, so expect to weigh it down on the corners overnight - then it's perfect. I have had this for a few months and it's used daily by 4 in our house for floor exercises. Very comfortable on the knees - we do ab rollers and this doesn't move or bunch up.

The mat is covered in tiny particles that look like fiberglass. If you look closely at the photo, you can see them. They sparkle in the sunlight. At first, I thought the shine was just part of the material, but once I started using it, my whole body began to itch and my skin felt irritated. I’m not sure what it is, but the experience left me with a really bad impression.
