Wouldn't even turn on

This is very portable. I used it in the car while traveling. I like it. I have only had it for a month so no longevity answers. The machine seems to be made very well.

Works strong and well. Would be 5 stars if it didn’t scream at you at every adjustment you make.

This is for the neck massager, not the light bulbs that most reviews are for.It was great the first time, but it often wouldn’t turn on after that. Maybe the battery dies fast? When it did come on I usually couldn’t get the vibrate to work, just the heat. The remote is almost useless, I couldn’t tell what the buttons were supposed to do. I returned it.

I lost the one I had and ordered another one.

Ordered this product for a gift. Would not charge, tried the trouble shooting guides without success. Returned the item for an exchange. The replacement came in a box where the seal had been broken and not resealed. There was scotch tape on the box like it had been returned before...Gross! Too bad when the original one came it was great but only for the first charge...short life waste of money.

Hard to follow instructions. Throw them away and spend a few hours messing with it.Once figured out the product is nice.

I don’t know how this works. The instructions are not in English and it doesn’t speak in English when you change the settings
