This works great. I do warehouse work, moving heavy pallets around for 10 hours. I use it to give me that extra boost. I mix it with my coffee and put twice as much malto grams as I do grams of sugar. Combining maltodextrin (a fast-acting carbohydrate) with table sugar (which contains fructose) allows your body to absorb more carbohydrates per hour during intense exercise without overloading your stomach. But I don't use it much because I have a lame job. It does help me now in that if I need an extra boost I just mix one scoop with water and chug it. Also when I suffer from jet lag and I drink it, it takes me out of the grogginess.

It makes whatever drink you use it in a little thick if you don’t mind then you’ll like this product it helped with weight gain but I wasn’t consistent with it due to the thickness but I got decent results
