Comfortable and Absorbent, But noisy while wearing/moving
As far as them doing their job, they definitely do. I've not had any issues with leaking. I use these for periods, post partum aftercare support, and mild incontinence and they've never failed me. They are mostly comfortable as far as fit and how the seams lay, but sometimes the "pad" area makes me uncomfortable if its siding around and moving. I think that's because there is a mesh type layer on the very top. I wish it was softer there, not as much texture. They're also very noisy when you're moving around. You can actually hear the PUL layer rubbing against the other layers. It's loud enough that my partner can hear it after pointing it out but says he didn't hear it beforehand. I don't have any other "period panties" to compare that to though so I'm not sure if that's to be expected because cloth diapers make similar noises and it's just because of how they are made.

Absorbency
The size M that I ordered are spot on the correct size. I was surprised at the fabric being so heavy, maybe a little too warm. Very well made, comfortable & wicked the urine away. The only thing I didn't really like was that the hemmed edges in the crotch seemed to hold some wetness. But that didn't transfer to my clothing. The price was fair.

Not too great
Pros - sizes are accurate. Material is soft. The cut is pretty comfortable for high waisted underwear.Cons - did not offer good protection. Soft material captured so much fuzz from a single washing.Purchased these to wear during a short trip of concerts and a lot of driving. I had a bad case of bronchitis and was still working through my medication when it was time to go to this trip I had been planning for months. Being hit unexpectedly with coughing fits meant I could have some bladder leakage with little way of stopping it from happening. All in all I spent 20 hours in the car and about 12 hours of standing over the 3 days I was traveling. So access to the bathroom was a concern. And knowing I was drinking extra fluids for my medication meant I had no idea the level of leakage I could expect.I purchased the always discreet bladder diapers and their maxi pads and wore the diaper and had a maxi pad tucked into these underwear to basically have a line of defense against leaks that I could take off in a public bathroom and not need to replace with new products that I would have or think about how to carry around (most concerts don’t let you take in purses so I had no way to bring extra disposable products short of holding in hand)Anyway - I went to bed one night in just the maxi pad and these underwear and I had a very minor leak that went over the top of the pad and immediately through the underwater.I have other brands of period underwear that have more protection but these said bladder support so I bought them and it was sad how poorly they worked.Wearing all the products, these underwear were comfortable all day in both leggings and jeans. I felt it was not noticeable I had on any special bladder products too.I washed the pair of underwear with two small blankets that were used for an emergency spill in my new car (ever have your purse puncture a hole in a carbonated beverage?). Under normal circumstances I would have not washed these items together but traveling I just grabbed anything to make a small load. The underwear are completely covered in fuzz. The outside is significantly worse. Im quite concerned about how much fuzz could transfer to the skin from them. Which is the last place I’d love to worry about that- esp knowing these are supposed to collect moisture so what happens to all the fuzz ?Overall the comfort cannot replace the lack of absorption which is the whole point of wearing these products.I would definitely not use these for bladder support unless you plan to layer up in other products but keep in mind these are like a very minor upgrade from just wearing a regular pair of underwear. In a pinch you could throw away since it’s a 3 pack but not worth buying to begin with.Another important note : mine shipped separately from any other items in my order and they were shipped in a slight opaque ziploc bag. No box so 0 protection from the elements and 0 chill Amazon on the discretion. How would Amazon think shipping any type of undergarment in their original packaging only would make someone feel good? I was so ashamed that so many people directly saw and interacted with that bag of underwear being able to see what was in the bag. So make sure you check if there’s an option how these will be packaged - I stupidly assumed private products like this would automatically be packaged with care in mind and in a shipping box!0 out of 10 would not recommend Amazon for this product 0 out of 10 out not recommend this product to anyone.

Thank goodness
Okay. I’m in my early 40s I’ve had 3 kids and a hysterectomy. My bladder control is a bit rough like most women in my shoes. Trampoline park = 😂😂😂🧐 NO!!!Hahhahah. You know what i mean! Anyway, i work in an industry that requires me to lift very heavy and large item’s repeatedly for hours. On occasions i would have leakage from straining to lift. Working in a male heavy industry made me self conscious to wear the adult diapers and i felt like my leaking wasn’t full bladder stuff, i just needed coverage for sneezing and jumping. Know what i mean?! More than a panty liner, less than a full adult diaper. These fit that bill perfectly! They look like regular underwear so if i expose my backside bending over to lift it just looks like regular underwear. So no more self consciousness af work wondering. Thank you. Ill be buying only these from now on. Comfortable to boot!

The best I have found so far
If you need to wear this type of underwear, these are the best I have tried so far. I have ordered from different companies and these aren't perfect but they are pretty good in all areas. Nothing I have tried holds the amount that they advertise but these are almost like regular underwear (just a little thicker) and they hold a fair amount. I would suggest that if you are going out for the day/night that to be safe you wear these over the disposable type to be safe. At least you aren't just throwing your money away all of the time. Between age and surgeries I don't think that we think of what is in the future but at least it is getting better.
