Not a good blood glucose monitor
I was only interested in this product to help with blood glucose monitoring. I didn't want to poke my finger for the results of possible. After wearing the watch for a couple months, I've found that the monitor is consistently lower than the actual glucose levels. This watch can be good for someone who spikes really high at times to give a warning about them but I would not rely on it warning if you get real low.

questions
The watch's appearance is fine. The instructions are somewhat vauge. I found out when I got the watch that if you want to use the internet functions there is a substantial monthly charge. The watch seems to read all the basic things I bought it for. I don't know how to change the readings from metric to standard. The blood sugar reading is listed as mmo/L which I asked medical people about and the ones I have asked couldn't answer the question. The blood sugar readings are in a range of something like a good range is between 4 and 7. I thought it might give the normal range of 73 to 99, the reading it gives is evidently not A1C. I asked a medical person and she said the only way to get A1C is with blood work. I use it offline and get the results I want. Some readings such as temperature I can convert.

Some good, but fails on important functions - will try to return for refund
While it is a bright and clear screen, it misses on some key features for me. First of all, the blood glucose readings are not in recognized standards such as A1C or mg/dL. Secondly, the temperature readings are only given in celsius. I live in the US and I need Fahrenheit. Also, it seemed to jump ahead about ten minutes after being on for a few hours; it later reset when (I presume) it re-linked with my phone but why did it get so far off so quickly?Because these are key functions, I will be returning this product for a refund and continue my search.

Lasted 1 day.
I was hopeful when the watch was delivered 2 days earlier than expected. When setting up found that there was no way to switch to 12 hr time or set the temp to anything but metric. As others have posted, gives A1C reading, not blood glucose. Worked for 1 day, but battery went from 100% to 20% in 24 hrs. When charging it the 2nd day watch just went dead. Returning it now.

Good for some functions but not others.
Very poor instructions. Oxygen, steps, heart rate seem fine. Blood pressure is a bit off but not too bad but blood sugar is too low verses glucose meter readings. But what really drove me crazy was that I couldn't figure out how to not have Spotify, YouTube, Audible run through the watch from the phone.... because that makes the volume very low and you have to have watch close to your ear.

Regular watch
Bought it solely for blood sugar app. The measurements are completely wrong... the heart rate measurements are off by few pulses... overall, the device is waste of money. Not recommending it.It just look sleek.

Not so smart watch
Like they say you get what you pay for. This watch is inaccurate on the readings of blood pressure for sure!!! Not sure about the others. Will be returning.

USA Customers: mmol/L vs mg/dL
I just opened the box and found the Glucose readings in millimoles/liter not Milligrams/decimeter most often used in USA. It’s cumbersome to convert to the standard used by your medical team. You must multiply the reading by 18 to get what you’re use to.Also, we will test this against a Dexcom G6 GCM over a couple of days to compare for accuracy.Look for updates on this review.FINAL REVIEW: I am returning this watch since the GLUCOMETER function is high by 20 mg/dL, the sleep module doesn’t function and the battery life is less than 30 hours.
