I got to these from the official Converse store front. They aren't fakes.

Q: What does the whole b (m) stuff mean? i'm a size 9 in women and i'm trying to see which size i have to order and the whole b (m) thing is confusing

Therefore, if you see B(M) after the sizes, you can assume that the sizes are women's sizes, and if you see D(M), they are men's sizes. For example, 9 B(M) is women's 9, but a 9 D(M) is a men's 9 which equivalents to a women's 11.
