drill bits are too waek
They should use titanium because the included drill bits won't drill through metal. The extractors are great however.

Very useful tool
The media could not be loaded. I was trying to unlock my BMW’s log nut almost 3 days. I tried many different tools none of them worked. I got this one today and I was able to unlock on my first attempt.I can’t believe this Chinese stuff did my job very quick and easily. Definitely value for money

Low quality, breaks easily.
Broke off extractor bits inside the hole three difference times with different extractor sizes. You get what you pay for I guess. Even with inferior metal, extractors were extremely hard to drill out.Edit: company reached out and offered a full refund so that’s something. 5 stars for customer service. Product still bad.

Splines break off
The splines on the easy out bits shear off and the extractor sockets do the same very very cheap quality will not hold up when needed
