It's a hot day... this are sweating... I won't name them... but you are looking to replace the electrolytes that you lost from sweating... buy this. It has great ingredients and taste good. If I had to explain the taste, it somewhat taste like the water you have at weddings and they have a lemon or two sitting in the water dispenser. Yup, it's decent. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't dissolve and it sits on the bottom and is gritty toward the end when I'm about to finish my shaker bottle. But... that happens with alot of supplements. I will be buying this again.

I personally really like this electrolyte powder, however, there are aspects to be aware of. Compared to other electrolyte powders, this will sour your bottle pretty quickly if you're not cleaning regularly. It also does not disintegrate well. Oddly though, that is actually one of the reasons I do like it. I may be wrong about this, but the quick souring of the bottle tells me there are minimal preservatives compared to other powders. Also, not dissolving makes me think the ingredients are more pure rather than highly processed. I could be wrong on both, but in researching over time that's what I'm led to believe at least. I think the taste is good as well, so I would definitely purchase again. But if you're not up for the maintenance of your bottle, might not be the product for you.

Stay away from. Chalky, bland tasting, diarrhea giving powder. For the price. You get what you pay for. Solubility doesn't mix well. Doesn't come with a scoop. I guess thats a way to cut pricing down. People defending this electrolyte powder USE WARM OR HOT WATER. Common sense, I don't want to drink hot water when I'm dehydrated from a hike or gym. Taste, one flavor, lemon. Ummm idk about lemon tasting. Its more like powder flavor and a hint of lemon. Chalky mix. Always shake before drinking. Would i recommend, no. Saw this pop up when I was about to order some from the store and thought why not? That was a bad decision. Effectiveness, I gave me diarrhea 5 out of 5 times I drank it.

I like the taste very much, issue is it does not dissolve completely. Have vigorously stirred, shaken it, and it still leaves behind a fine granular residue. If you let the residue dry it becomes hard and difficult to remove in the bottom of a reusable drinking container.

I was looking for a hydration powder and read lots of reviews before choosing this one. There will always be the negative comments, but overall I think this is a very good product. The suggestion of using a bit of hot water to dissolve the powder was a good one. I personally don’t care if there’s a little left on the bottom, I just swirl it around and drink it down. There were mixed reviews regarding the taste. Again, I like the taste. I guess you could add a little more powder for a boost of flavor or maybe some crystal light or something. However, I think it’s fine with the suggested serving amount. It’s a great value for the money and I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrolyte powder supplement.

Grittiness that doesn't dissolve and cakes up at the bottom of water bottles. Flavor is good. I didn't notice a huge difference hydration or energy levels. The effectiveness and quality seem fine, but I would not buy again and would suggest trying a different product before this one. Hope they can solve the un-dissolvable grittiness.

Unfortunately while the brand is incredibly reasonably priced, I had major issues with solubility, I would say 90% is soluble in water however you will need to filter particulate, some of which is smaller then a coffee filter. Out of curiosity I used ethyl alcohol on the remainder of the insoluble material and even with pure ethyl that was warmed, I could only put another minuscule amount of the insoluble material into solution, I did notice two non toxic humidity packs so maybe one of those opened up but It wasnt consistent with normal water abdorbing materials, but what I'm trying to say it could be a one off, so use this review exactly for what it is, one experience on one single sample of product that may or may not reflect the product line as a whole. Not even referring to this brand specifically, but for any similar products, use solubility and texture as your base indicator of quality, if it doesn't go in solution or does and then proceeds to precipitate back out, you can be confident that your body won't be able to use it

The flavor to me does remind me of "lemon zest" from the peel That is a bit stronger than a typical "lemonade" drink, but it's fine. I googled a question on lemon peel vs fruit: Yes, the lemon peel is an incredibly concentrated source of nutrients. Gram for gram, the peel contains roughly 5 to 10 times more vitamins (especially Vitamin C) and antioxidants than the juice. It is also packed with dietary fiber and beneficial plant compounds called flavonoids
