Strong Grip, Well Made & Extremely Reliable
These 3-inch spring clamps are excellent quality and far exceeded my expectations. They have a very strong gripping force and feel solid and durable right out of the box. Each clamp is well made and sturdy, not flimsy like some smaller clamps can be. Made with tough plastic that is weather proof. What I really love about these is the jaw design. The jaws have a slight rotation, which allows them to easily accommodate different shapes and thicknesses without slipping. The non-detachable jaw pads are a big plus as well because they stay securely in place and don’t pop off during use. The clamps are not to heavy and weigh just about right for its size. I recently used these clamps to hold down a tarp around my dragonfruit plant, and they performed flawlessly. Even with heavy wind and rain, the clamps kept the tarp firmly secured without loosening or shifting. That alone speaks volumes about their gripping strength and reliability. With 20 clamps in the pack, they’re incredibly versatile and useful for a wide range of tasks; from outdoor projects to crafts, tarps, and photography setups. Overall, these are high-quality, dependable clamps that truly get the job done. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them often.

Great value, surprisingly durable
Love these things. Bought them for a project, but they've now migrated all over the house. One clamps the gate latched closed to keep the toddler in the yard. I clamp two to the edge of the floor to keep the robot vac from falling down the stairs. Another for holding my reference photo to my easel for painting. They're truly great, and even though the one outside has been baking in the direct sun's UV for about a year, it doesn't seem at all brittle.

Very convenient for projects
Only used them once so far, but they worked very well. They don't skip around, the clamps swivel to make contact, and the springs are strong and sturdy. I'm happy with them.

I like these but not for my original purpose.. Its in the numbers
These are really nice clamps for holding cards and bonding in some modeling applications. The problem with them is that they are a non-obvious compromise. For holding fabrics, the yellow pads should have more surface roughness or pressure, whereas for clamping flats the smooth pads are preferred or mandatory. For clamping parts, moderate force is needed, but for some of my applications 1/2 or less of the force provided is needed (on my shipment 12 lbs - measured at the pad over 0.48 sq in or 25 psi with the jaws 1/8 inch apart. Higher forces are experienced at greater openings). For some of my holding needs 3-5 lbs would be preferable. These are very "strong" for 4 inch polymer clamps. However the force seems inadequate for normal "1-by" woodworking, fine for smaller stock and frames, and too strong for pressure sensitive flat clamping. Overall, I like them and intend to use them for applications they fit, but a version with adjustable spring force would be "the bees knees", especially since the force provided is a function of the opening angle.

These are The Good Stuff
I did not know what I was missing! These clamps are fantastic. I use these for glueing projects. My previous set had tips that kept falling off and getting lost. I have had a set of spring clamps before but these are superior in every way…. -better clamping force means better results. -better clamping surface tip design that sits flush, cushions the clamping force, and are not going to fall off and render the clamp useless -better grip on the handles make them easy to use and won’t slip from your handles while you are placing them -excellent value overall

Clams are made well
I gave a 5 star because they are very well made and strong ! Unfortunately I can’t use them because they are to hard for me to open them ! I’m sure it’s just me …I consider myself strong but these were to hard for me to squeeze open !

4" Clamps - decent quality but definitely NOT 4" sized clamp
If you go to a hardware store, clamps sizes indicate the max width that the "mouth" of the clamp can open. This helps you understand what size you need (based on what you are trying to clamp). These EQUIPTZ clamps use the total length of the clamp assembly as the sizing measurement. This is a mostly worthless way to measure a clamp, but it sure does make it *seem* like a good deal for what you are getting. I ordered the 4" clamps because I needed clamps that can open up to 4" wide to secure a pool cover on an above-ground pool. However, what I actually received was a set of clamps that can open up to 2" wide ... but that are 4" long. So they are actually 2" clamps, which don't help me at all with my pool cover. Also, the amount of pressure required to fully open the clamps is significant. A person with grip or hand strength issues of any kind is unlikely to be able to use these. Also, they probably shouldn't be used on anything delicate because the pressure exerted by the closed clamp is tremendous. I will keep them for other projects, as you really can't have too many clamps on hand. But I really do not like the sneaky / semi-dishonest way these clamps are marketed. I will not purchase anything from this brand in the future.
