This is a great deep fryer. Honestly, some of its performance even exceeded my expectations. The oil capacity is much larger than I imagined, allowing for frying a substantial amount of food each time. It also heats up quickly, and I like the fact that it comes with two separate temperature control panels, which enable me to fry different foods at different temperatures for diverse flavors. As for cleaning, it's also easier to clean, but it takes a little more time due to the machine’s size. When using it for frying, there's minimal splattering of oil, coupled with its temperature probe, enhancing its safety features. Overall, this is an excellent “weapon” for deep-frying in the kitchen.

Got this a few days ago but I’m planning on using it soon for an upcoming party where I need to fry foods . It is a good size and useful since I can also fry stuff in my backyard with this .
