Charges up pretty fast . Ok picture . Volume is goodGlitches and freezes up periodically. Just Need to restart . Not complaining for what I paid .

I had bought the previous model and it worked fine. Needed to get one for my daughter, and this new model is a HUGE downgrade. You can tell the materials are cheaper. The screen is rough and hard to touch, the tablet is lighter and feels like cheap plastic. Worst of all, it is so incredibly slow. I wish they would have increased the price instead of downgrading the product and materials. Don't waste your money, you'll just have to buy a different brand anyway.

I am using primarily for very light web surfing & a utility to use the tablet for typing on a paired phone. The utility would not run on Fire Tablet even with Play Store side loaded. Larger keyboard allows friend with tremor to use phone more easily. She was having extreme difficulty typing passwords due to phone keyboard keys close together. Have streamed several videos without problems. Low end memory & processor so I don't multitask on it. Takes a long time to start up if completely shut down. I have not timed the battery but gut impression is that it is adequate at best. It runs stock android so most Play Store android apps and utilities work. If that is not important to you, then Amazon Fire Tablets on sale have much better price/perfomance. Fire Tablets use Amazons version of android so a lot of apps won't run on it. Even if one goes to trouble of sideloading Googles Play Store & using APKPure or similar site, a number of apps will not run correctly.

I'm using for teaching music lessons so I only need it to bring up music sheets from a singe application. Even when I download the files for offline use it crawls. I tried watching a YouTube video on it and got about 5 seconds in before giving up. Don't expect much.

Perfect item for daily use, especially for children

I ordered this tablet on Friday and received it on Sunday, which was impressive. However, before setting it up and connecting to Wi-Fi, it was running slowly. I initially thought this was due to the lack of Wi-Fi connection. Even after connecting, it continues to run slow, and the battery percentage was decreasing before I downloaded anything. I suspect that I might have received a refurbished unit. The size is nice, but I would like to return this tablet and receive a new one.
