The product is made of plant material that is biodegradable, though it looks like plastic it’s biodegradable. Similar to hemp plastic still durable but it won’t sit in a land fill or even the ocean.Beats the plastic straws every establishment uses.FYI : The straws are short an skinny so if your looking for full size like you get from Starbucks this isn’t it.

I like these better than some paper straws that I have used in the past. They hold up well, even if I use them longer. Also, they are compostable which is reassuring.

I started my Invisalign treatment and wanted to use a straw for drinking hot beverages. Found this product and truly amazed at the sturdiness. It does not tear from the end even after leaving in hot beverages for hours.

They're sturdy, hold up flawlessly in hot coffee, & compostable. I wanted a straw that would hold up in hot coffee, suck without collapsing, and that was not plastic, nor a reusable (because I didn't want to clean it). My tumbler is 6½" tall & the straw, 7½"

Nice straws but I wish they were a little wider like McDonald’s straws! I have cut back to about 99% on using straws at any drive thru or restaurant with these straws

I love that these are compostable, and they are sturdier than paper straws. Perfect solution and you can use one straw all day long with no problem!

I always use straws, and I can use these and feel slightly less guilty about contributing to single-use plastics pollution.

These straws last all day, basically as long as you need it for in your drink!
