So far, we are not impressed with this product. The gels or pastes with pain relief are much more effective.

When first applied it burns For approximately 1 to 2 minute. Then the pain relief lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

This seems to be a good treatment for continued biting of the tongue. Since I am the only one using it, it works best if you put the extension directly on the spot, if possible. It is getting better and would have not problem purchasing another bottle.

Although easier to apply than the gel form the applicator tip basically turns this spray into a mini jet. It sprays precise and hard, hard enough that it actually broke my skin of the canker sore and made me bleed from it. Much rather have wider softer spray regardless of how much more messy it would make it. The jet already is making it messy with the amount and intensity it sprays at. If you try and depress the plunger slowly nothing comes out so you either shoot yourself with a relatively high powered jet or get a few dribbles out the end

I endured horrible, constant burning pain for nearly 2 weeks on the inside of my top right lip. It rubbed my teeth 24/7. I was so desperate I even tried Neosporin Pain ointment (which is not meant for inside mouth & didn't work.) The relief from my first use of this spray was instantaneous. NO PAIN!! I've been using it for 3 days (twice a day) & spot is nearly gone. The spray nozzle is easy to use. I saw in these reviews some poeple had trouble "aiming" it correctly. Simply touch, gently, the sore spot and spray....perfect hit!! Don't think I have any higher praises for it
