The media could not be loaded. My mother purchased this product as a gift for me a few months ago.I've received it recently. When opening the package for the first time, the product appeared to look used and not new. This was due to the motor being chipped and scratched.Also, I noticed that the dial that controls the speed of the motor's rotation does not work between 1-6. Instead, it begins to rotate at 7.It works fine once it's within 7-10 (where 10 is the max setting)

Even though the directions are extremely difficult to follow. Trial and error prevailed and now I am able to use the machine very well. I am happy to have purchased this machine and look forward to the work ahead of me.

I like the rig, but it came with a few broken parts and the plastic collets are super cheap and not consistently sized. I wish the plug wiring for the foot pedal was longer... when your plugs are ON your bench top and not low on the wall, the pedal becomes useless.
