I bought these because I was interested in replacing the speakers in my PositiveGrid Spark 40 guitar amp, in an attempt to reduce the "too much bass" issue. These have the right technical specs, and the lighter weight magnets still sound really good, although they were not quite as loud as the stock speakers, which are also rated for 60 watts. This isn't a knock on the quality of these speakers themselves, but just a note that the metal brackets are not quite the same shape and size as the stock speakers in the Spark --and these also lack acoustic padding around the brim the way the stock speakers do. So that might explain some of the volume loss. These speakers were less bassy, and the mids were clearer. But I swapped them back for the stock speakers after about a week of experimentation.

Awesome speaker used them on a gold wing that had 4.5 oem speakers tried several 4 inch speakers they were the best by far. Used a 960 watt amp with 8in MB PRV and PRV tweeters, system rocks

Compared to other brands, these were the best sounding for my set up. The mid frequencies are crisp and clear with a little bass added. I’m completely satisfied with these speakers.

Appears well built, I have used this brand before. I returned these because the factory opening was a bit larger than 4 inches

This is a great speaker. It was easy to install and fit into a 4inch opening just fine. Install was simple and straight forward enough for someone without experience to figure it out. It is decently loud and works as it should, but the sound quality isn't anything special. The sound quality is definitely lower than the original speaker that was replaced, but the price point is much lower than an OEM swap. I would buy this again.
