Will it cut 20 thou nickel silver or brass?

Hi Paul. I've only used mine for cutting paper and card so I'm not sure. 20 thou sounds pretty thin so it might well do the job. At this price it's worth taking a punt because I'm sure it will come in useful for other tasks as well. Trevor

No, I don't think so. My handle broke trying to cut plastic about the same thickness.

Is this sharp enough to cut fabric?

This product is intended to cut balsa wood, I would not like to speculate on its ability to cut fabric.

Can this cut through popsicle sticks?

It's Basically a razer blade on a plastic arm. I'd say it would cut through coffee stirrers and cheap lolly sticks, but I'd be careful with tongue depressors or premium lolly sticks.
