This little light has been a lifesaver! I work a lot of nights and over bed lights are so blinding & our unit is forever losing flashlights. Sometimes all you need is a little temporary light to check your patient, do a glucose reading or scan something bedside. This is my second light, and the best one I’ve found. Bought this badge light for night calls with the Red Cross. Works out great clipped on the high viz vest when need a hands-free way of looking at documents. Appreciate a light that this light does not make you toggle through an annoying strobe or red light.

My husband and I are both nurses and we love these badges. I work both shifts and my husband works night shift. These badges are amazing. First of they are chargeable but in the past 6 months I have only charged it once. So the charge lasts a while. Second it makes slipping in and out of the rooms so much easier. I love how much light it gives off as well. I am able to do everything I need to in the room without turning the light on. All night shift nurses need this!

This is reallt cool and the light is bright enough to draw blood in the dark. But it's definitely heavy and pulls your shirt down

This is the perfect light for a night nurse! The lanyard cord extends and retracts easily and maintains enough tension to keep my badge in place. I’ve had this for about a month now and the badge reel has already started to take a good amount of wear and tear. The badge doesn’t retract all the way anymore so it does dangle and swing around more, which can get in the way sometimes. But the concept is awesome, I can do most things without turning on big lights and getting screamed at by sleeping patients. Especially helpful in shared rooms so you are not waking both patients.
