Although the product was listed as including bundled licenses they came without them. We contacted Accell Networks to inquire as to where the keys were and they discovered an error in the listing where it should have been for hardware only. We were not in a position to do a return as the switches were bought to replace two failed core switches and they were already installed with a lot of labor and coordinated downtime in a very busy customer's 24/7 operation. We were able to secure a grace period license from Meraki while we worked through the issue with Accell Networks who escalated to their management due to the situation. To their credit, they made good on supplying the licenses even though they probably lost money on the sale. It took a little longer than we expected but they pulled through and honored the sale as advertised. It is hard to find true customer service these days so it was refreshing to not just get lip service and the run around. Because of this, they have earned future business from us.
