I ordered prior to knee surgery. First off, I needed quick shipping. It arrived the day before. It is simple to assemble and use. It is so much better than ice packs because it is not as cold and cannot damage tissue and last for hours so you can relax/sleep etc. I highly recommend, Price was good as well..

The unit is too bulky and heavy. The pad is small and one of the bubbles that fill became the size of a cherry. Not suppose to do that. The pad did not get very cold. Use rice pads instead, which are waited and stay where you put it. Also provides flexibility to place in arm and shoulder. I have returned and awaiting a refund.

Would have given 5 stars, but pad was too small for knee and had to but another one

HAD SHOULDER REPLACEMENT; UNABLE TO USE WITHOUT A CAREGIVER

I made the mistake of thinking I would save some money with this purchase; however, the shoulder cuff is so small that it is inefficient. I wound up ordering a separate and more encompassing shoulder cuff to compensate, and while that extra part is fine, the power from the machine itself isn't forceful enough to keep the pressure in the cuff long enough for the ice water to really be effective. I am sorry I missed the window of opportunity to return this item.

After one use, the pad that wrapped around my knee brew out. I paid $169 for this item and could not even use it.This is the second review that I have sent.Please send return postage so that I can get a refund.

It leaked the very first I used it.
