I have had this product fitted for a long time. Waste of money, do not reduce limescale at all. I had this installed by a plumber who recommended it to reduce limescale. I suppose if you think you will solve your hard water problem with a product that costs around £20 you are a bit naive, since a proper water softening comes in at £200+Mikael
