Does this compressor come with oil already installed in there?

Mine only came with 1/2 ounce of PAG oil. Check your models specs and add into the bolt hole (not either of the pressure line ports).

Does this come with the ac compressor valve

Yes. The valve is included and installed in the compressor. Mine has the electrical connector on the valve (vice other versions of the valve that have a short 3-4" pigtail with the connector at the end of the pigtail).

D i have to add pag oil to this?

Yes. Mine needed about 4 ounces of PAG46 oil. When I removed the oil fill bolt (small bolt on top of the compressor towards the pulley end) and drained out the oil in it, it was only about 1/2 ounce. My 2010 VW Jetta specs said the compressor needs about 4 1/2 ounces, so I added 4 ounces to what I drained out and then poured it back in. I needed a VERY SMALL funnel to get the PAG oil back into the compressor though. I used the top of a bottle of 90W gear oil that has a very small tip and crammed my funnel into the fat end. Worked great.
