I just received this item and so far,so good.It is very up scale looking and easy to use.However, there is a booklet for instructions and also has an area to fill out for the one year warranty, but no address or contact number to refer to.I wanted to send out the warranty info but there is nowhere to send it

After using this product for several weeks I have notice my lines are less noticeable

The mask is great when used as dlirected. The seller is wonderful. I had a problem with my mask but it was addressed and resolved promptly. Very good communication.

Unfortunately, there is absolutely no warning here on the product page, for epileptics, which in my opinion, is a big no-no. If you have epilepsy like I do, you want to know before you buy a product, so that’s a warning that NEEDS to be on the product description page.It’s a medical condition that precludes the use of this product and if you have epilepsy, it’s kind of scary that you have to read almost all the way to the end of the instruction booklet to be told “It is forbidden to use this product if you have epilepsy” What if I’d worn it and had an episode? I did actually put it on, with the red lights illuminated, but took it back off to finish reading the booklet, that’s when i saw the warning.And it’s a real shame because this is a beautifully made, and sophisticated-looking beauty device. I actually love the product and wish so much that i could use it, but the fear of it causing me to have a seizure (I don’t know when I’m going to have a seizure, mine take me unawares, and i don’t know until after the fact that I’ve had one) means that I cannot take the chance.It’s boxed so beautifully, each individual component is wrapped separately, and each piece has a smooth white, clean finish. I love that it comes with a stand to store it on after using. When i did put it on it felt a little tight around my eyes, however, (if I’d been able to use it) I’m sure that i could have handled it for the small amount of time it’s actually on, and relaxed and just shut my eyes.A very well made beauty device, but a little more information on medical conditions needs to be added to the description.

UPDATE-My unit keeps turning off randomly with slight movement as well as switching to the blue color when I've set it to red after about 8 minutes. It's beyond annoying. When I consider the weight of the mask/fit with these malfunctions,I really can no longer recommend this mask. It's fine to get the job done, but I think there are better options to explore.It is a bit heavy and the eye guards tend to push into my sockets more than rest on my head, so I wish the straps would be configured better to support the weight. As it is, it leaves pressure marks on my face and that's not good for your thin eye skin.It's really easy to use...just charge the remote which serves as a battery pack, then you can unplug it from the charger and connect the USB to the mask. Super simple. The auto-off is great and you can change between 3 light colors and various intensities.The manual should be written in clear and correct English. The device is wonderful but if you want to be taken seriously as a manufacturer, at least have native speakers proofread your material.
