I had a long running upper respiratory virus and accompanying infection of some sort. I can't say that this stuff reduced the duration since it lasted well over a month even on antibiotics, but it did keep my sinuses moist enough to be able to blow my nose without drawing blood. The silver likely helped prevent further infection spread. It didn't have any negative effects and was well tolerated, hence the 5 stars. It won't cure a cold or flu, and may or may not cure a sinus infection, but it does help you keep them clear when they are inflammed and gunky.

Cleared up my sniffles and sinus drainage immediately after the 1st use. For me, twice a day is sufficient. Noticed 5 sprays made me headachey, so a few sprays (but not 5) works for mein each nostrils 2-3 times in a day and I am clear all day. I will reduce to once a day before I stop and only use when needed. For my personal experience, this brand works better and faster than the very popular and expensive one in my local pharmacy.

I'm telling you now, as a woman who smoked and had non stop sinus infections for YEARS, this stuff has become my best friend, I ALWAYS have multiple bottles, and I even give some away to friends who need it. Been a non smoker for two years now, but every time I feel like I might be coming down with a sinus issue, I just whip out my trusty spray and it helps. PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING! I have not needed to see the Dr. for sinus infections in forever. Have it at work, in my purse, and in my house. Even when my sinuses became irritated from the latest wildfire smoke, this was a Blessing. Absolutely recommend. I will admit if I'm really starting a problem, it burns a little at first, but that quickly subsides and I feel so much better quickly!

love this stuff. I couldn't clear out the end of a sinnus infection, it just kept lingering. I got this and within hours I could tell it helped me turn the corner. it was clear within 2 days. I hadn't thought about using this in years. I used to use a similar product for sinus problems from doing body work inhaling dust and chemicals even while wearing the appropriate safety gear. it helps a lot.

Good product but made me sneeze. So, I used it topically so as not to waste the product.

Pros: easy to use, works at clearing yellow mucus and shortening colds. Colloidal silver you can trust. Cons: it hurts like the dickens. I originally bought this to use on my little kids but after trying it on myself I realized how bad it hurts. I came to the conclusion of using a saline nasal mist on my kid first before administering this to help it not hurt so bad. I’m not sure if you can add saline to the colloidal silver in the bottle to help lessen the pain or if that would somehow have a negative effect on the silver but that would be a nice improvement if possible. Overall love the quality of the colloidal silver, I use many of their products and trust this brand for good quality colloidal silver to use on the whole family. I feel like this product is moderately priced for the quality you receive.

For at least 2 years I suffered from waking up with a stuffy nose. This often led to a headache because of the sinus pressure. I kept afrin like nose sprays by my bedside to stop this and it worked. However the near daily use led to a repetitive cycle. I tried Sovereign Silver and after a week I broke the cycle. Sovereign Silver is much more subtle than typical over the counter nose sprays. It won't clear an extremely stuffed nose in a few minutes. However, after about a weeks use it kept my nightly congestion away without a need to keep repeating its use.
