Vitamin K2 is important, and most people on a modern diet are deficient. I like this because it's 5 full milligrams of MK-4.

So far, the MK-4 seems to be okay, but it was received with both ends of the cardboard package folded inward, unsecured. A piece of tape or two would have been nice. However, both jars of this supplement were there and intact, so all is well. A minor quibble, but a word to the wise.....

Assuming they contain what is stated on the label, they are supposed to help with Ca utilisation and bone metabolism. Recommended for use with Mg, Vit A retinol and Vit D3 for folk with osteoporosis. Much more convenient then buying the same product from suppliers like iHerb in the US, as there is no customs duty to pay.

Difficult to say if one type of Vit K is different from another but so far no problems using this product.

Excellent product and always take with Vitamin E

Ordered 180 but bottle only contained 60. A label had Bern affixed to the bottle indicating contents should have Bern 180. Product returned for refund.
