There is a newer version of this board available, but I didn't see the need to spend more money for the additional features. This is now installed in my Tevo delta printer controlling a SKR Mini e3 v3.0 control board. Flashing was quick and easy, installation the same. It was out of the box and fully integrated in less than 30 minutes. Works exactly as planned. This also interfaces to a USB camera and a 7-inch touch screen running Klipper Screen.

This board is hands down the best. I'm hoping they drop a next gen I'll be purchasing it immediately. This was the most user friendly installation of any pi board I've ever used. Setting up klipper screen in seconds. Webcam in seconds. It is lightning fast for my project and runs super cold compared to other Pi boards. Plus I can power it directly off my printer power supply. The wifi is really good and super simple to setup. And tons of ports to choose from. Id take this over my raspberry pi 3b any day for 3d printing. Love BTT literally the best 3d printing hardware store going.

Super easy to get klipper hooked up to a custom cartesian printer by usb. Connectivity has been great and the wifi has been solid - no dropped connection with Moonraker so far. 5v fan port which can be specified in klipper alongside the temp sensor for the cb1, extremely simple to get set up. I have not used the adxl or camera function but that'll be next

This thing is horrible, just get an authentic raspberry pi, it constantly drops connection, I had so much trouble trying to write the firmware because it kept disconnecting from the network. Just bought raspberry pi and had klipper running on my printer in less than 30 minutes vs DAYS trying with the BTT pi. Save your money and buy an authentic pi.

Installed on my aquila x2 n32. It works great for klipper/mainsail and there are several working repositories for it nowadays. Faster than a pi3b but a little slower than a pi4. If you have any problems finding the google searches for your needs; you can also use "BIQU B1" boards as additional reference material.

It does run kipper, but it can be janky to setup and I had issues with some of the ones that I ordered. Being able to run it off of the power supply is definitely super nice though. If that is important to you, then you should definitely try this out.

Why is 1gb of ram running 64 bit architecture? Installing windows 10 requires a minimum of 2gb for 64 bit, 1 gb for 32, but the minimum is still probably not enough.

Fantastic for 3D printing. Easy to set up. BTT’s CB1 GitHub has an OS with a whole Klipper environment, (mainsail, moonraker, and some other things) all set up and ready to go the second you put the flashed SD in. Made my first Klipper printer very easy to set up. Also has a slot for an SPI screen, as well as an accelerometer, and comes with cables for both. I prefer this over a raspberry pi for 3D printers now. And of course, rubber ducky is included. Always love BTT’s stuff!

I had a Lepotato on a Voron Trident, after a lot of tweak ( a LOT ) it worked well but it always seem to randomly loose connection when a print was started, and the webcam stream on the web interface was very slow. This BTT Pi was a joy to setup ! I plugged it in and boom, everything worked 10x better than with the Lepotato, literally ! Wifi is strong and webcam stream always 30 fps at 1080p. Needless to say that I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their DIY printer experience :)

I converted my ender 3 pro to a core XY klipper printer using this sbc and it works great. It was also available and cheaper than some raspberry options. Great value.

Bought 3 separate units from two different sellers and all were either dead on arrival or burnt out soon after. 5v usb wall adapter and or 12v both had similar behaviour, boot loops and eventually blew voltage regulator

It's a good board. But you can not put a toggle switch on the the power input with out blowing the power regulator. Iv gone through 2 of these boards to find that out. Basically do not put a switch between the board and the power supply. This will fry it. A direct connection to the power supply is fine. It just can't handle having dumbed into it. Otherwise it's a very good board to add to your 3D printer.
