Q: Can you tell me what is the size of the cushion in inches thanks

Size in Inches is 17" x 17" x 3"

Q: Does this end up hot under the bum/legs?

No can`t say that I have noticed this effect. The lady it was bought for has passed away and she refused to use it. I have taken it over and placed on top of the sofa cushion and find it more comfortable than the sofa upholstery. Just wish I had more fat on the bum!!

The cushion is ok for my needs but it sounds like you might need an alternating air cushion if you are very high risk. Probably best to speak to your local district nurse/ Occupational therapist or physiotherapist and be assessed properly. Whatever you do,do not buy a ring cushion
