Can this cut thick cow hide like 6oz or 8oz?

I used on duck cloth and cut about 24 pieces thick at a time loik butter. As long as the blade is sharp you could probably use it on cowhide.

Has anyone used this to cut a cotton towel fabric?

I use it to cut fleece stacked pretty thick and I do not have any problems. I think it would work fine for what you need.

Can this be used flush against the edge of an acrylic pattern?

Possible, with the foot attached if the material can be elevated when cutting We use it for triming foam that is glued to wood it works awesome Also for cutting nylon strap Very handy

Great product!

I use these blades in my workroom. I cut many layers of muslin and they a very sharp and leave a clean cut. The only drawback was that it took forever for shipping? I’ll order again but will order well before I need them.
