This battery is much easier to mount and take off of the frame.-Easy to assemble, all you need to assemble is the headlights, front wheels, pedals, fenders, rear rack. Take about 30minutes for assemble.-Adjustable seat and step-thru frame, it can accommodate a most of riders (5’5” to 6’6″ is what they say). I’m 5’6″ tall for reference.-The bike felt very comfortable and stable to me due to the wide stable 4''fat tires and hydraulic suspension fork.-A strong hydraulic disc brakes ! The levers are easier to squeeze, offer adjustable reach for different hand sizes, and have a cutoff switch that stops the motor and activates the rear light to go bright.-The bike comes with durable plastic fenders. They help keep water from getting on the frame. They seemed light and quiet, i could easily remove them if i want.-Love the thumb throttle and sturdy platform pedals, throttle provides full power on all levels of assist. I can get a quick boost when riding in lower levels of assist.-750w motorand 8-speed shimano is very capable and powerful, it performed well during climb tests and off-road.-The elongated rear rack can support baskets, bags, panniers, a passenger seat, or a child seat-I appreciate the usb charging port on thedisplay, no need to worry about the charging cable will be caught in chain.-Leather ergonomic grips look great and provide good comfort.Cons:I don't like the seat,not comfor for me. Like my previous electric bikes all need to buy a new seat.all in all,It’s commuter and ready, having fenders, lights, and a rear rack, and also trail capable, having 4‘’ fat tires and a powerful 750 watt motor that can reach up to 28mph. Large color lcd display is easy to read and swivels to reduce glare it’s the kind of ebike you could ride year round in all sorts of conditions.

I like this bike much more then I thought I was going to. The joy of riding it has me going for a ride every morning. It is a far different experience then a regular bike. What I like most is being able to ride at a consistent speed and effort level regardless of terrain. The default settings have 5 levels of speed, but you can tailor to your wants. You can also ride without assist, but it will be a good workout.I love the look and design. And it is very well built. This bike will last. It also has regenerative breaking which a lot of ebikes do not have.I had one issue where there was cosmetic damage on the battery, but the support team was very helpful and sent me out a brand new battery pack.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a versatile ebike that is going to last, I would recommend you consider this ebike.

Out of box it had a persistent error code 25. I went online and found a fix but now the fix doesn’t work it doesn’t get near the distance on a single charge even in full pedal assist in the lowest gear. The company doesn’t even want to address that in their support emails Save your time money and heartache. The reviewers that made the so cool videos that helped sell this product. You should be ashamed.November 28, 2023 UPDATE: the company is working with me to repair the faulty brake sensor and assist with other disappointing issues. I’ll continue to update this review as things progress however today the bike is on the stand inoperable!

The bike was relatively easy to assemble and works as advertised. We ordered primarily due to the features including the app. Bike came well packaged and works as advertised. The battery drains faster than thought, but when you stop and turn machine back on the levels go back to where you thought they should ..... so not sure if it is a calculation or other issue but since we have only taken a few 8-10 mile rides we have not yet had a chance to see if we are getting 60 miles. Only concerning factor is customer service that we elaborated on in the review of the other bike, but this is primarily an issue of not having American based phone support that is readily available. They did try to resolve problems and offered suggestions to trouble shoot the problem, but longer than desired lag time for parts and responsiveness.

The biggest negative about this bike is that the throttle is on the left hand side. Here in the USA, we use our left hand for turn & stop signals. That just doesnt work. And instead of a twist throttle it has a thumb throttle. My thumb gets very soar after several minutes of riding! The bike came to me with a cracked LCD. It was okay at first except I could only read half the display. The derailleur guard was bent & it wouldn't shift into 7th & 8th. I had to bend the guard. A week later I haven't heard back from them. The ebike died 5 miles from home 🏡 today. I had to pedal. The bike was fast (but it could use another gear for pedaling when going fast) which is 1 of the reasons I bought it. The brakes r strong! The regenerating brake was wonky. Sometimes it worked strong when I didn't want it to & other times it wouldn't work when I did want it to! The range is nowhere near what they say it is unless u use power level 1 & 2! I can't say how reliable it would be in the long term, but I am returning it based on the negative experience I've had! I actually found a better bike for less. Multijoy!
