Excellent Sound and Comfort - Leitner LH470 Delivers Quality
I recently had the pleasure of using the Leitner LH470 headphones, and I must say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way. From sound quality to comfort, these headphones deliver a premium experience that makes them stand out in a crowded market.Starting with the sound quality, the Leitner LH470 headphones provide a rich and immersive audio experience. The bass is deep and powerful without overpowering the mids and highs, ensuring a well-balanced sound profile across various genres of music. Whether I was listening to classical orchestras or bass-heavy electronic tracks, the LH470 handled everything flawlessly. The soundstage is impressively wide, creating a sense of space that allows you to truly appreciate the intricacies of your favorite songs.Comfort is another area where the LH470 shines. The plush ear cushions and adjustable headband make these headphones a joy to wear for extended periods. I often wear them during long work sessions, and I've experienced no discomfort or fatigue. The over-ear design provides excellent noise isolation, allowing me to focus on my work or music without being disturbed by external noises. The build quality of the LH470 is also noteworthy. The headphones feel sturdy and well-made, without any creaking or flimsy parts. The folding design adds convenience for storage and portability, and the included hard case ensures that the headphones remain protected during travel.Wireless connectivity is seamless with Bluetooth 5.0, and I've experienced consistent and stable connections with all my devices. The battery life is impressive as well, easily lasting through long listening sessions without needing frequent recharges. On the design front, the LH470 strikes a balance between modern aesthetics and understated elegance. The matte finish and minimal branding give the headphones a sophisticated look that complements various styles. One minor improvement could be the availability of customizable EQ settings through a dedicated app, as some users might prefer more personalized sound profiles. However, the default sound signature is already quite impressive. In conclusion, the Leitner LH470 headphones offer a remarkable audio experience, top-tier comfort, and a stylish design that make them a fantastic choice for audiophiles and casual listeners alike. Whether you're enjoying music, podcasts, or focusing on work, these headphones are an investment in quality that you won't regret. The LH470 has certainly earned its place as one of my favorite pairs of headphones, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking premium wireless audio performance.

Exceptional headset for the price (outstanding noise cancellation) with great range
I have a unique workplace where there are many ambient noises. This headset does a remarkable job of filtering out the background noise. It is the first headset that has provided the mobility(reached every room of my business) and noise cancelling that I needed to ensure I am both mobile and able to clearly hear my calls. Set up was a breeze, when I did run into a small hiccup, the helpline was quick and easy. It was such a delight to actually talk with a human who quickly provided the settings I needed. I was quickly off using my new headset. If only other companies had such exceptional customer service. The the "in use" light function is outstanding, it lets my coworkers know when I am on a call without any theatrics. It did take a minute to train them.I have an exceptionally large head and the LH470 accommodated my head comfortably.Looking to purchase another to have at home.

Super efficient
This was definitely a super easy product to setup. Pretty much plug and play. I have a soft phone so it was easy to setup and utilize same day. Per my clients and customers, the calls via phone sounded crystal clear. charge time was pretty short and the battery does last a good 8-10 hrs on a full charge. I can walk to my kitchen which is about 50-60 ft away and still have a clear connection. Only reason i wouldn't give it a 5 is that at this time there is no base for it, so you have to utilize a USB C charger to charge it and on Teams and Zoom calls, it can sound like I'm in a tunnel. But, there may be settings in those programs to muffle out the noise suppression that can help. Received a welcome call from Matt so their team does a great job of reaching out to see if everything is ok as well. Great customer service right there.

Best back-to-office headset overall
The media could not be loaded. Great experience so far. Five stars.Really impressed with the build quality. This is not a relabelled offshore electronic product and is clearly made by Leitner, a brand I have used before and appreciated.Appeared very easily using the dongle and I was up and running within a few minutes, which I can’t say for a lot of the cheap imitations on the market which are impossible to pair. The noise cancelling is impressive. The unit is lightweight fits perfectly over my ear and is very adjustable. Once I correctly adjusted it, I literally forgot I was wearing it.The indicator lights are really nice to have when you’re on a call and listening so people don’t just walk up and interrupt you. One thing I would like to have is an indicator light on the other side as well. But that’s just being nitpicky. And I’m sure it would cost more.Speaking of cost, I think the price is really right for this unit it seems like they’ve come down since before the pandemic has me out of the office.I feel good about wearing this on video chat as well. It’s not as bulky or hot as an over the headset. But it’s big enough that perform its function very well.Highly recommending this to all my coworkers.

Really good range, really reliable, just works, okay sound quality. random static noise.
The media could not be loaded. Update (June 29, 2023): Decided to drop this to a 4 star. Been using it for more than a month now. I want to add that this headset sometime cause very loud static noises. I had people saying it was very loud at their end. It happens randomly and I am normally within 3 meter from the receiver.--- Original review ---I was not a big fan of this headset at first but after a bit of adjustment, it's actually really good. It's very reliable, the fit can be adjusted and the range is really good. Sound quality is mediocre but it's good enough for video conferences.Right out of the box I was impressed by it's wireless performance. First, it connects almost immediately to the USB Receiver, there is no lag, the wireless range is exceptional. When I get a call on MS Team, it's just a matter of throwing this headset on and pressing the power button and I'm good to go. There is no non sense such as "Power On...", wait wait, "Battery Level 100...", wait wait, "Pairing...", wait wait some more, "Connected..." then having to apologize for making people wait. My experience with the wireless range is around 25m. I can walk from my desk to the other side of the street without any break. This headset is also truly plug and play. No driver is required and both my Windows PC and Mac was ready to use it in seconds. It has complete MS Teams integration so I can answer calls, hang up calls and mute myself in MS Teams directly from the headset. The build is okay. It's mostly plasticwithout any padding but I don't mind. The headband clamping force is strong but it's adjustable. Initially, I found it was too much. The instruction card that comes with the headset has a link to the complete owner manual. The video on that website says to simply bend it to the desired shape. After I did, this headset is actually very comfortable to wear. The same can be done with the microphone so it can be brought closer to the mouth. The stand is a separate purchase which is pretty insane for something of this price. Without the stand, this headset has to be charged using a USB-C cable. As per the bad, when I try to record this microphone, it's very quiet. I have my microphone volume slider set to 100% and it's a lot lower than what I would have liked.. On a zoom or MS Team call however, people can hear me fine. I called myself and I can confirm. This microphone works fine. The earpiece sound quality is poor. Even compared to some inexpensive bluetooth headset, this earpiece fair worse. For a conference call where I simply need to hear people talking, it's acceptable. The volume range is limited. Currently, I have the windows volume slider set to 1% and the volume of this headset set to minimum and I still would have liked if it could get a bit quieter. Basically, it goes from medium to very loud.I've seen a lot of very expensive headset in the past. The office sent me a couple of $200 headset and I had to put it aside because it always had either a wireless connection or microphone problem. This headset just works so I will keep on using it. For the people that has the means and is looking for a wireless headset that is truly reliable, this is a good option.

Professional Business Headset
The Leitner LH470 has many useful features that set it apart from a standard headset. The noise cancelling microphone will help to filter out the background noise while you're on a call. The person on the other end should mainly be able to focus on the sound of your voice and ignore unwanted things happening in the background. The microphone can swivel so that it will not be in front of your mouth when you are not using it.There is an indicator LED which turns on when you are using the device. There are different colours for when you are getting a call, when you are currently on a call and for when the headset is muted. This is helpful to let others know that you are currently on a call. The headset can work with USB-C or USB-A connectors. The headset has a long wireless range so that you can even walk around your home while you are taking an important call and not worry about getting disconnected. Note: This is not for cellphones but for laptops and desktop computers. As only one side has an earpiece you are able to take a call but also hear your local surroundings at the same time. This can be important if you need to listen for your child. The headband can be adjusted and fits nicely on my head, it stays in place. It has a rechargeable lithium battery which lasts long. You can charge it and not have to worry about constant charges.Overall , you are getting a professional headset which you can use in a work or home office environment. It is built well, comfortable and gets the job done.

Officially the worst headset I've ever used
Not sure why these are so expensive. Sound is muffled both in hearing and the microphone. Tested over phone calls and MS Teams. The frequency response is extremely limited both on high and low ends of the spectrum. People sound muffled but clear. People said my voice sounded muffled as well. While the noise cancelation seemed to be working well as others couldn't hear me typing, my voice sounded clear but muffled.Comfort is semi okay, seems mediocre in comfort, grips my head a little hard. I can still feel like it's on my head 5 minutes after taking it off. Not heavy, just tight, wouldn't want to know what it feels like with this on for an hour.Lack on controls on the headset. Doesn't seem to adjust volume just connect or disconnect from the USB.Don't bother listening to music on this. It's worse than old headphone from the 1990s that came with a Walkman. Quality of build is similar to those 90s headsets.Positive note, it works far away, way longer than Bluetooth. This doesn't compensate for all the negatives.Thoroughly disappointed and no idea why it costs so much.
