Made absolutely no difference at all in the sound and now I can't return because apparently you should probably drill it in because it was on there tight and a trip to the gas station a mile away was enough to loosen it to fall off.

Clamped it on my car exhaust and nothing happens.If i blow into it with my mouth it will whistle, but why would I want to do that?
