The fast-adjust feature makes it easy to switch between 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 lbs, and they feel sturdy and well-made. My only wish is that we could purchase additional weights as add-ons to increase the range for heavier lifts. Overall, a great set for beginners or light training!
