If your goal is to lose fat, a mini stepper is a great option to assist you in burning calories to help achieve this goal.The item is completely assembled, all you have to do is tighten the height adjustment and then attach the bands. The bands included with the stepper are great to add bicep curls, upright rows, triceps to your stepper workout. The minor niggle being the fiddly clips attaching the bands to the stepper - if you're leaving them on permanently it's not too bad, otherwise you might want to swap them out for a carabiner.It has large non-slip foot pedals and a small, compact (if a little on the heavy side) design. The other small niggle with this is there is no adjustment for resistance, only height adjustment. Otherwise well made and easy to use if you’re looking for a normal mini stepper (the other type is the twist stepper which works additional muscles). Currently selling at 68.99

I have high hopes for what this compact stepper can help me achieve. It's light enough to move around, small enough to not be a burden on space but sturdy enough to feel reliable. Took me a few attempts straight out the box to get metal rope around the pulley wheel and tighten the handle as requested in the instructions but then I was good to go. I love the bungee handles to incorporate arm exercises and that the read out is basic and easy to operate. You can adjust the stepper height but not the tension as far as I have to found so far, so it might be a bit hard to move if you have very frail legs. Overall I'm really happy and eager to see if it can help strengthen my legs and hopefully loose some weight.

This mini stepper comes in mostly pre-assembled so it really works for a non-DIY person like me. The stepper is strong and durable. The pedals have a good grip on them and are of good size. Hubby wear a size 11 show and he is able to work out on this stepper without any issues. Love the fact that it comes with resistance bands as well so good exercise for the upper half of the body too. It is not too big and occupies very little space in the house. Setting up the whole thing was fairly easy and the display is very easy to use. Love the fact that you can now exercise at home with a good equipment (which occupies very little space) without going to the gym and can be done whenever you want.

I was very impressed with this stepper as soon as I opened the box.It’s brilliantly made and only needed minimal assembly.It’s strongly made with a thick solid frame and feels very robust without being heavy.The down side I found was that you can’t alter the resistance and as a beginner I found it quite hard work and couldn’t manage long at all, my husband did slightly better but I’m worried it’ll put us off persevering with it.Hopefully it’ll help us get fitter.

This comes almost fully pre-assembled which makes it so much easier, I had it set up within minutes.The display is easy to navigate.The unit is very solid and quite heavy but also compact so it doesn’t take up much room unlike most exercise machines.There’s a lot of resistance to move the steps which means it will strengthen the muscles well with continued use.It’s a shame the resistance cannot be adjusted when starting out with this exercise to make it a bit easier to move.

This is a very nice product that is not only easy to set up and start exercising with, but also something that I think is beneficial when actually moving onto exercising using it.
