I have both this pan and the more expensive brand. This works just as well for much less the cost. It is the right size for cooking smaller portions. It cleans easily with hot soapy water. There is no need for a long soak unless you burn something, but it is still easy to remove the burnt matter. Overall, I really like this one.

The pan is nice looking and solid. It's important to follow the directions that are provided; essentially you need to let the pan sit on the burner a few minutes before putting food in it. Otherwise, food will stick. I cook eggs in this every morning along with a pat of butter and the eggs slide out with a gentle nudge.

So far nothing but good results. Main use is for steaks stove searing and finishing in them in the oven. She remarked that it was truly non stick. But liked the performance overall.

I love, love, love, this skillet. I am tossing all my nonstick pans, will only but stainless steel hybrid now. You can use high heat without damaging the pan. Holds heat and easy clean. I now have 5 SS hybrid pans.

Amazing quality lids lack a little bit allowing moister to get trapped but overall would buy again and recommend truly non stick

I was very pleasantly surprised by the size - both diameter and depth - of this nonstick pan. I seasoned it, as instructed, and it has proven to be consistently non-stick and extremely easy to clean. The lid is a true bonus, with a steam hole built-in. The even heat distribution is amazing, when heating the pan prior to putting any food into it. Very happy to recommend this pan!

Harder to clean than other hybrid pans - handle not comfortable. I would prefer another brand, but not worth the higher price for an 8" pan. My 10" from another hybrid maker will be what I use, before this one, due to that this one is not as non-stick. Much prefer the LIGTSPCE hybrid.

I wanted to try the hex pans and most were very pricey. I ordered this one. It’s not the quality of the pricier pans, but it’s a decent pan.When used properly and with at least using a non stick spray, I haven’t had any problems with food sticking. The finish is starting to show a little wear even though I’ve only used nylon utensils.The heat distribution is even and the pan shows no signs of warping like some pans do. For the price I’d probably purchase again.
