I have a head shaped like Thierry Henry
I bought these after finding that my old ones leaked unless I had them so tight that I noticed they were giving me black eyes! I googled it and 'raccoon eyes' can lead to permanent damage to the eyes so I immediately began researching some decent new goggles. My criteria was simple; I wanted some that are comfortable to wear with minimum pressure to the eyes required to keep them in place without leaking. Now I really, REALLY research products before I buy. After trawling through various swimming websites, blogs and YouTube videos I narrowed my choice down to being between these and the Speedo Fastskin3 Elite goggles. I decided to take a punt on these over the Speedos because I'd read a few reviewers complain that the adjustable nosepiece either leaked or broke. I also ideally wanted some goggles that were clear lenses as I swim indoors; the Fastskin3s were either mirrored or blue tinted (why?).These are so comfortable! The strap is so easily adjustable, even while you're wearing them in the pool. In fact they're so comfy that I don't understand why the little button mechanism isn't copied by every goggle manufacturer. It's a simple fuss-free push down of the side buttons (easily found when wearing) and a quick tighten or loosen as required, then release the button and the goggles are tightly secured by the springs again. It took me a few lengths to get them snug and water tight but after that I was sorted. I swim for 30-40 minutes front crawl and unless I dive deep down, they NEVER leak. That for me, someone who has always struggled with leaky uncomfy goggles, was astounding! I still get goggle marks, but they're almost completely faded before I leave the changing room. Again, incredible.I didn't buy these goggles for the wide vision they offer, but that is an impressive bonus to them. I can't see the sides of them while I'm wearing them which is actually very nice. I, like a few other reviewers, also found the fog-resistent coating to be hopeless/non-existent. Mine misted up after a few lengths so I removed them and (like any old school swimmer) spat into the eye piece and rubbed that round a bit. It works perfectly and I won't be removing a star from this review for that minor flaw as a fog-free coating wasn't why I bought them and I can easily fix it with a bit of spit!So to summarise, if you're fed up of leaking, over-tight goggles then give these a whirl. I assumed I had a weird shaped head or something as until now, I didn't believe there were goggles out there for me. Join the revolution!

Shopping Around For Goggles? Look No Further! Goggles as they should be!
Ok -So the fact your looking around for goggles and reading this review means your undecided. This was me a week ago.Anyway, I went ahead and purchased a pair of Aqua Sphere Unisex Kayenne Swimming Goggles, they arrived the next day and they look damn good (Transparent/Black Frame Clear Lens) as I tried them on and posed in the mirror, the Aqua Sphere's glinted in the sunlight and transmitted a regal aura. It was only when I noticed numerous female neighbours glancing through at these beasts that I snapped out of the "Kayenne Trance"Anyway - as I plunged into my local LA Fitness pool - I strapped on a pair and the first thing that hits you is the comfort. I mean, seriously, you could wear these all day. If it wasn't for the act these things are transparent I would have expected there to be inches of hydraulic softeners coated in velvety varnish behind the straps an around the eyes. Comfort 5/5With the goggles firmly attached, I plunged into the water. Now with a lot of the cheaper (Swimming Pool Bought) goggles usually chlorinated water seeps in and instantly you have to readjust. Not these bad boys, they suction to the face (without any feeling of discomfort) and genuinely try as you might water will not come in. I tried pushing off hard as I could underwater but the hold only feels all the more solid. In terms of view and clarity - it is excellent. 180 degree crystal clear. It was only then that I noticed the underground trap door - but that's a different story... Use 5/5Basically at £15 - these are an absolute steal. All two of my house mates have tried these and bought them the very next day.And one of them is a right tight ********

they're the best looking googles I've found and the clear and wide ...
I'm on my second pair of the transparent frame/clear lens/black trim goggles and I've got real mixed feelings. On the plus side, they're the best looking googles I've found and the clear and wide lens provide amazing visibility. The rubber is soft and it's easy to put on and take off. However you've got to fit them properly and make sure you get the suction when putting them on or else water gets in. And most disappointingly, both pairs started fogging up after approximately 6 months of use. I don't swim alot, I'm in the pool for about an hour a week apart from holidays, so that's not alot of pool time. With my first pair, the top part of the back strap actually snapped about 12 months in. Funny thing is, I've also got a pair of the white frame/black lens Kayennes for outdoor use and they haven't yet begun to fog up - also leaks less. But it feels like the lens are slightly smaller on those. Reading the reviews, I'd hoped they'd never fog up or leak. Not true. But I still find myself contemplating buying my third pair. Duh.
