I don't see how this could be used as an "Portable Airplane Leg Pillow"; it entirely fills the space between the Economy seats so it makes a good bed for a child but too awkward for an adult. I also have a hard time imagining how to comfortably and quietly use any inflatable footrest this size as a pillow.I got this Acoway inflatable footrest and another brand to use mostly as footrests with camp chairs. Both are good for this and have different advantages. Neither one has a smooth bottom to hold less sand and dirt to clean off. Neither one has a good way to anchor them so the wind doesn't send them tumbling away.The included ear plugs and sleep mask are better than I expected. Not going to replace the better ones I already have, but I'll keep them handy as backups.Weight: the light drawstring storage bag made this the lighter of the two sets I bought.Pack size: again, the drawstring bag helps makes the Acoway the smallest when packed.Comfort: the other footrest has a thicker, fuzzier flock that gives it the better feel against skin. Still, more comfortable than smooth material that traps heat and sweat.Cleaning: the flock makes the Acoway more comfortable but harder to clean.Inflation: the other footrest came with a clever fabric air pump and big valves for a faster inflation than having to puff into the Acoway. I HOPE EVERYONE THAT BUYS AN ACOWAY NOTICES THAT THE AIR OPENING HAS 2 PARTS THAT FLIP BACK: please see the pictures. If the parts are open/closed right, air does NOT escape while inflating but can gush out unimpeded for deflating.Deflation: being able to pop the air valve off the air opening, and leaving it fully open, makes deflating and packing down the Acoway super easy with no air getting trapped.Having a footrest to make stretching out in a camp chair actually comfortable makes finding room for an inflatable footrest in an RV worthwhile. They've also doubled as seats for people that have dropped by the RV to chat for awhile. Just remember to keep an eye on them if the wind blows!

Sometimes you need a footrest but you don't have one handy or don't want to commit the space to a permanent ottoman or footstool. This inflatable pillow fills that need. It works well as a footrest for the couch which will be the main way that I'll use it, but it will be easily put away when guests come over. It has two compartments into which you blow air either by mouth, or I think you can use a sports ball type of airpump. The compartments are divided about 2/3 and 1/3 and you blow them up separately as desired. The facemask works well enough and is slightly adjustable with a velcro band closure. The earplugs are standard issue foam earplugs in small plastic mini case for safekeeping.

Fairly comfortable to use and easy to set up. The extras that it comes with is also always a nice addition.

This comes with a couple extras i was not expecting, namely an eye mask and some ear plugs. Not bad but not what this was gotten for. The foot rest is not bad, seems sturdy enough and strong enough when fully inflated and if you only do like half of it it could work as a nice pillow. Inflating it without a pump can be tricky. The moment you stop adding air it begins to immediately start leaking back out and there are two sides to be inflated. So you need to be ready to just keep blowing if you are doing this by mouth or put the plug in to stop it. But overall not to bad once inflated.

First, it’s very tricky to inflate. As soon as you stop inflating you immediately need to plug the opening or air quickly escapes.Took about 2 minutes with a hand pump to inflate.The eye mask and plugs are super simple but I didn’t buy this for those. I bought it for the foot rest alone. Works as described and makes for a comfy foot rest when traveling. If you only inflate one side then you could use as a pillow.Some things like this have a weird factory smell but I didn’t notice that with this.$20 seems a little high but it’s not bad. Give it a try and it should work out for you.

Decent portable foot rest. Easy to inflate and setup the height that you want or need. The plugs are sturdy enough to stay closed. Great fit for airplane and car backseat for your little one. It came with an eye mask and ear plugs to sleep better on your flight. Only downside was there was no base bag or protective layer to prevent the bottom from getting dirty but it was not a deal breaker.

Overall, I was quite pleased with its performance. The pillow is very easy to be inflated and adjusted to the desired height. It surely helps me to elevate my feet and feel more comfortable during the flight. The material is sturdy and durable, and the pillow is lightweight and easy to pack in my carry-on bag. The pillow a bit narrow, and I need to readjust it a few times to keep my feet on it.

This root rest is very easy to use and carry for the travel. Though you might need some time to blow it, it still is very convenient for the travel. Made of good material, soft and comfortable.
