Planely Schmitz. An Airline Anthology

As a civil aviation fan, I really enjoyed this book, an anthology of articles .many of which have appeared in aviation magazines. I understand this is the authors first book but he is a very welcome addition to my civil aviation book collection.

A copy and paste of various short articles in airline magazines. Pretty much every other one about some difficult to reach location making it ideal for a fledgling airline, who we are subsequently told went bust. Too much content seems to just be regurgitated PR from said airlines. I'm sure the author is a lovely chap and I commend him for his enthusiasm, and wish him well. However, having struggled to the end I wondered why I bothered and put the book in the recycling, rather than subjecting somebody in an Oxfam bookshop to it. Sorry.

Enjoyable collection of articles and very easy to read.I understand some of the articles, have appeared in the top aviation magazines and that alone must be an endorsement.Speedy delivery and reasonable priced.
