This Emma supplement is safe, healthy and effective. I don't feel guilty like when you use over the counter drugs and laxatives. This is natural.It takes a week for it to kick in. I was really in distress post partum and this saved me. After one week I had my system back on track.The taste is natural like any other green vitamin. The same goes to smell, similar to vitamins. The capsules are easy to swallow.I ordered this multiple times and the quality was always the same and the color was the same.I definitely recommend this over any laxative or over the counter drug.

Yes, the product contains the ingredients which allegedly help a person "poop" (Berberine, Quercetin, Anise, etc...) HOWEVER the amounts are so small and diluted they are mostly ineffective. (Like putting a drop of red food color in a pool and expecting it to change colors.) What the description leaves out is all the "fillers" - Vitamin D, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B, which dilute the "poop" ingredients, and are likely the reason this product is so ineffective with many people. The ads tout the product contains "Magnesium" (which is a laxative ) BUT the label lists "Magnesium Oxide" which IS NOT recommended for long term daily use and can be dangerous. Same with the Zinc level - this level IS NOT recommended for long term daily use. This was purchased on the premise advertised - the "gift" of "poop" which preys on people with bowel problems who have found no other relief. It was a total waste of time and money. Yes, desperation lead to the product because of the "hope" it provides. Like the ads, multiple specialists have failed to provide relief. In my opinion (which is my opinion only) the ads are clearly designed to prey on psychological fears and triggers, suggesting buying more will help more. Don't waste your time or money. It IS NOT "cheaper than prescriptions" (It's about $1/pill - 2x/day = $730) It may help some, but it is certainly not the product it claims to be.

This stuff just works, but I can't take it daily like it recommends because it causes me to go #2 way too often. I took it to make it easier and it does, but if taken too much it becomes a little too easy. I still use it to this day when I feel backed up or extremely bloated. It helps the bloating almost overnight. I had to give it 4 stars for the value for the money because I just think it is way to expensive. This makes it harder for everyday people to be able use its' benefits on a monthly basis.

I have suffered with chronic bowel issues for years. I've tried pre and pro-biotics, a high fiber diet, increased fruits, more hydration, prescription medications, exercise, etc, etc... So when I watched the lengthy video about Emma I was intrigued. I decided to buy just one bottle and see how it worked. Of course I was hoping for immediate results but after taking it consistently for 3 weeks I saw no improvement. I wanted to request a refund but during the 4th week things started to change. I noticed a subtle improvement. I actually started feeling like I had to use the bathroom around the same time each morning. The results were nothing to get excited about but it was a baby step. I normally would go 5 or 6 days with no feeling at all like I had to poop and end up taking a mild laxative. By the time I finished the bottle there were more improvements, both in the urge to go and the consistency of the stool. I decided to order 2 more months worth. I'm hopeful things will keep improving.

I really wanted and needed this to work. It did not. I used this product for 2 months and nothing. I still have gut problems and constipation. I watched the video and it gave me hope. I really was sold too and I am very disappointed. Based on other reviews, it has worked for other people so maybe it just wasn't compatible with my body. It was a very expensive experiment with the hope that I would get better. Very sad.Edit: The makers of EMMA reached out to me and offered a full refund. And, I didn't ask for it. That kind of customer service is rare and I am very appreciative. They get two stars back because that level of customer service is amazing. Again, I wish it worked for me but maybe it will work for other people.

What most people do not understand is that it has taken many years for them to acquire their gut problems. Eating all the nasty foods with all the many chemicals and poor ingredients. And most especially, as EMMA shares, the parasites!! That is a huge problem. I know this because I have spent years cleaning myself!! I could not believe what was inside of me and came out of me!! I have taken many supplements in attempting to accomplish my cleansing, and have been successful to a large degree. I was driving when I listened to the EMMA video and what was said was all of what I had learned during all my cleansing! So, I decided I'm trying this! After 1 week I can tell it is making a difference. But, from my experience IT TAKES TIME!! So, I look forward to what I will experience after several months. Please remember........IT TAKES TIME!! You did not get into the situation you are in over night, in one week or in one month. So, you cannot fix the problem over night, in one week or in one month. You have to be consistent and change your life. I hope this helps!
