Material is good quality and nice bright colored

Being able to buy a bunch of tee shorts in one big economical purchase is nice, and the choice of colors simply cannot be beaten. I have just a ton of old tee shirts, and it's time to get rid of most of them. Some have shrunken, some have faded and/or pilled, some have worn out at the neck band or seams. I went through them to assess whether one brand stood out for having provided long wear and stable shape and size. I can't speak to the durability of this batch of shirts until I wash them a few times, but... Among all brands of tee shirts in my rather large collection - because I never throw anything away - the old Gildans and Carharts were the brands that stood out. Hopefully this new batch of Gildan tees will prove that to be the case again. I came to Amazon specifically looking for Gildans and found this bulk deal attractive. I'll come back and edit if I find them disappointing. So far I have found sizing to be good, and colors to be as close (as close as is reasonable to expect) to the online choices I made.

These tee's come in like 70 different colors and fit true to size. They are described as heavy weight cotton but actually are the lightest 100% cotton tees I own - great especially in this miserably hot summer. The tags rip cleanly off (great) but why not print them on like other brands? So far they are not fading (washed in cold water) and seem to be just as durable as other much more expensive shirts. Great price. I do wish the hems were taped or doubled so they won't roll up in the wash.

Comparing them to another brand that I used to buy, these are a bit smaller. The neck hole is also strangely smaller. If you're muscular and have a thick neck, these may not be for you. They have a bit of stretch fiber woven in and they are flexible and stretchy. That said, the fabric is light weight, breathes well and is of good quality. Most importantly to me, there's no pilling of the fabric after several washes. The quality seems very good. And I love the colors. The dyes are brilliant!

Industry wide sewing has gotten so terrible on men's t-shirts. I keep trying different brands and models, but 7 out of 10 are go backs due to bad sewing, bad seams, bad quality control. For this shirt the shoulder and neck seam are really bad making the shirt stand up because the seam is bound up poorly. It doesn't lay flat. I bought two different versions of the Gildan T's and the both were sewn the same way. It's just cheap sewing quality control to keep costs down, but it's a waste of material and labor. Low quality just sucks and it's hard to find a t-shit that is sewn well anymore unless you want to spend $45. I used to print on shirts and basic t's were always cheap and easy. Now they are just garbage. So sad...

These shirts are not only super comfortable but they are also durable, well made/stitched. I have some of these shirts that are 8 years old and they still look good and haven’t shrunk or faded much at all. They are a bit on the pricey side for a plain T-shirt but they last a long time so in the end it’s good value for the money.

Loved the price for these shirts. With that price I shouldn't have been surprised that the shirts seem thin. They do fit well. Have not washed them yet to comment on shrinkage or fading.

These turned out to be very nice shirts for my son who needed just plain, solid color t-shirts for his job. They fit very nicely and are true to size. They wash nicely too, however, I wouldn't dry them on high heat as they may shrink. We got to choose our colors, which I really liked and there were plenty of colors to choose from. I also like that we got to choose whether we wanted a pack of 6 or a pack of 10. We chose a pack of 10 and that gave him enough to wear throughout the week, plus a few others the next week, so he's not constantly having to do laundry. These are great shirts that feel nice and look nice, as well.
