The pillow is well designed and helps relax/stretch the neck. Relaxing! Would recommend it. Be patient and use it religiously as indicated in instructions. In a few days you will feel the difference.

I have suffered with neck pain for a decade, and it has recently gotten worse, to the point it has started waking me up during the night and being so uncomfortable that it makes it difficult for me to fall asleep.I started using this for 10 minutes every evening before getting ready for bed, and after the first week I had already noticed a significant difference! I found it works best when I lay on a hard surface, slightly bend my knees and have my arms flat on the floor above my head, extending my neck. These stretches have made the neck pain less severe and made it easier for me to fall asleep, and I am now waking up less in the night. Winner!!
