The only one for the job
I've been buying this paste for decades as it produces impressive flavour and appearance.

Old favourite
This paste has been withdrawn from the Patax range , and rarely seen in local supermarkets. To my delight I was able to purchase through Amazon. Reasonable price and tasted just as I remembered . Tandoori chicken is a real treat .

No pressure in the jars when I received them.
The media could not be loaded. Due to no pressure I have no idea what is in the jar. I am happy to write a more positive review on new jars however they won’t refund or accept them back.

Perfect for Indian Restaurant style Chicken Tikka
I use this to make Indian Restaurant style Chicken Tikka for adding to curries, etc., and it tastes great! I use the recipes from "British Indian Restaurant Cooking" by Nathan Lusher and am very happy with the results. As good as the takeaway!

Delicious and easy to use.
I bought this on Amazon as I couldn't find it in any of my local supermarkets. It is brilliant stuff. We use it to make a marinade with yogurt. After marinading for 8 hours we cook the meat in a hot oven and the result is always delicious.Lamb and chicken are the favourites, but I have also been experimenting with large, flat mushrooms and sliced courgettes.Everything is full of flavour and a jar can sit in the fridge for ages after opening so you don't have to use it all at once.

Versatile marinade
Versatile marinade can be used for mixing into Tikka sauce as well as Tandoori sauce, a great addition to my spice collection.
