We use this to make chilli con carne and bolognese sauce, just vary the amount used. Delicious. Shake the bottle well, and make sure it's a fresh bottle as once opened it begins to age and doesn't keep like chilli powder obviously. Oh, I use it in a chicken dish I make too, but that one is a lot hotter (I made our daughter's fiance weep with it once...). Really easy to work out how much to use for different heat levels using a 5mls measure.

very hot and kind of earthy, i use 2 or 4 drops. has a pleasant flavour of its own, which does not really compete with the flavour of dishes but rather enhances them

If you love hot spicy food, this sauce is an essential ingredient in your kitchen. A few drops will had heat to whatever you are cooking and because you add so little you won't change the flavour of your food, just the heat level. Word of warning, this sauce is seriously hot, don't do what my dad did and try a drop on his tongue. He had to stick his tongue under the cold tap to stop the burning, that'll teach him to rifle through my cupboards.😀

I purchased this sauce from amazon and was well excited when it came through. My background being Bangladeshi, I grew up eating Naga chillies with my food so this would have been a perfect blend. The sauce definately had a good kick to it and the only reason I did not give this sauce a 5 star is because of the distinctive taste a naga chilli has. The main reason the bengali community loves Naga is partly because of its heat and mainly because of the unique taste it has. This sauce has the heat but because of its other ingredients, the distinctive naga taste was not there

Love this hot chilli sauce, have used for more than 15 years, I add to pasta dishes, it totally transforms bland ready meals. Highly recommend this product, but use with caution as you only need to add a couple of drops to enhance any meal.

My Dad got really into things with naga chillis in recently, so I got him this hot sauce for father's day. He seems to really like it, put it on his burgers and many other things. He seems pretty chuffed.

Well it's took me 4 weeks to crawl back from the back of my wardrobe after making some hot chicken wings with this sauce. Currently attending counselling due to the mental state this sauce has left me in. The happy clowns have been today and want me to eat some more. This is seriously hot sauce and it's lovely, really hot sharp taste, better than all that retail stuff if the supermarkets by far. You wont be disappointed but please pre-book some time off work for the days after you try this for the first time :-)
