Received this on friday and am well please with my purchase the accompanying information is fantastically presented

Part broken and queen died
Arrived in reasonable time and apart from the wall hanging bracket on one side being broken all seemed fine. Did not want to return despite the damaged unit received as was worried ants might die waiting for replacement house. Followed all the set up instructions to the letter but queen never really settled and two weeks later is now dead.Also the food provided in the test tube that they say to transfer with the ants had seeds that started to germinate
