A beautiful finish and broadly useful.

This is a natural bamboo stick with the brand name burned into the wood. It is smooth and light weight. It is not very long but has been adequate for my morninng stretch class on the Senior Planet.org web site.

I have ordered this for my Kung fu training and these are very balanced and great staff/stick for doing more of sliding stuff.Pros -- Great quality- Balanced performance- Smooth clean finishCons- Overpriced

This stick is good, is made with laminated rattan, but it works well. It is solid and can even be used for martial arts

I got this posture stick because it wasn’t plastic like the others. The natural bamboo stick is very lightweight and easy to use. I use it for maybe 3 min a day and feel like I walk a little taller everyday.
