These are great and helpful for avoiding rubbed or blistered feet. They work really well but are thick so make allowance in your chosen footwear.

Smartwool socks are great socks. The last order the socks were a little tight , maybe my feet became bigger or perhaps the sizing has changed, I suggest you order a size bigger, but order the socks.

These socks historically last me for about 2 years although I don't walk around the house in my socks. These are very comfortable.

Qualité Smarwool au RV (le prix est conséquent...), pas de doute. 55% de laine mérinos. Minces mais rembourrées au talon et orteils, comme désiré pour la randonnée (hors-hiver). Mais je ne sais trop s'il y a erreur: elles sont vraiment trop petites. Erreur d'étiquetage?? Ou paire retournée et remise sur mauvais carton (les chaussettes n'étaient pas fixées sur le carton, bien que bien emballé)?? Je chausse du 10 US, et j'ai commandé des Grand (large), mais le talon de la chaussette ne se rend pas (même en l'étirant: y a tout de même un 3% d'élasthane) à l'arrière de mon talon. Je ne peux la garder (va de plus rétrécir un peu après lavage...). Je dois donc la retourner et commanderai des X-large à la place: je verrai ainsi s'il s'agit d'une erreur emballage ou s'il s'agit vraiment d'un modèle fait petit... À suivre.
