amazing book
It’s incredibly sad and if you have struggled with topics talked about it might be a harder book to read. It’s a beautiful story.

A book every teenager should read.
This novel deals with an extremely serious topic, bullying, and suicide. I read several reviews that were harsh due to a few minor errors. That pales in comparison to the meaning of the novel, its depths, and the emotions it draws from the reader. Sara is being bullied, and doesn't think she can go on. Her best friend is now her enemy, and so many people at school taunt her telling her she is better off dead. Will she be able to fight the voices, and her emotions or will she end it all because of Ali?

Interesting idea, but text full of errors.
This book was an impulse buy based on the preview. I found myself constantly distracted by editing errors throughout that, at times, made it difficult to understand. Aside from the errors, it was an okay read.

7th grade daughter’s FAV book ever!
My daughter (7th grade) said this was the best book she has ever read. She started over a few chapters in because she said it was so good and she forgot what happened at the beginning. She constantly tells me how good it is and reminds me that she hates to read, so I know it must be good!

Rushed plot fails an interesting premise
The premise is interesting in theory, but it falls flat in execution. The novel starts in Sara's point of view and switches to Alison's, the bully, after Sara commits suicide. Sara is alright as a character, her internal thoughts work well for depicting her depression, but her arc is a bit forced and skirts around inconvenient roadblocks that would impede its culmination. Alison verges on psychopathy. That and her former friendship with Sara makes for an interesting character and setup, but her arc is so rushed that her character and her revelation are cheapened. There are also a lot of typos and grammatical errors. Either the novel needed a proofreader or one that could actually do the job.Overall, this feels like a self-published work from a young writer. There are interesting ideas present and hints of good insights on human nature, portrayed through the characters, but the plot is too rushed to provide the depth the novel could have benefitted from. I don't want to discourage with my rating, but I need to be honest.

Excellent premise not excellently executed
This book could have been amazing but needed further editing and development - and desperately needed more proofreading. Littered with grammatical errors and misspellings.
