This console is absolutely beautiful and adds so much to my kitchen accent wall. The style is elegant and materials are of great quality. My husband had it assembled within two hours.

What I had liked about Tribesign was that the company had delivered the white and gray faux marble top console table with faux gold-plated legs in ample time. Upon delivery, the cardboard box was fully intact, without any blemishes, and so was the console table, itself, that was in pristine condition. The faux marble top and the lower shelf were not glossy, but both of the shelves had a somewhat dull or matte sheen that was subtle enough that it didn't look fake, although I really didn't know whether glossy or matted marble looked fake or real. Otherwise, I was happy with the console table, except for two issues that I would discuss later on in this product review.What I had disliked about the experience of having ordered and having received the recent delivery of the white and gray faux marble top console table was that it was wobbly, or unstable, after it was assembled about 2 days ago. Also, when I had called the phone number that Tribesign had listed on the outside of the box (to speak to a customer service associate about the unsteady console table), no one had answered the phone call that was allegedly located in California. The call simply rang out, until I hung up. And I had called twice, on a weekday, which was around 3:00PM Pacific Time, which was about 6:00PM Eastern Time, during what would be considered regular business hours. And I hadn't called back to Tribesign since then. I had also wanted to purchase a dining table from Tribesign. But after the lack of communication and the wobbly console table incidents that I had recently endured from Tribesign, I had decided not to buy the dining table from Tribesign, which was fair enough, even though life, itself, is not fair.Even so, I may not want to recommend Tribesign to other potential customers, because of my recent experiences with the company, although I am aware that my experiences won't necessarily be everyone else's experience(s).

Easy to assemble looks great

This is as advertised, however, there were a couple of holes that did not pan out. Filed a claim and got partial payment and kept product as it did not materialistically impact the structural integrity.World have been a 5 if there was no manufacturing issue.

CIRCLES ARE 3 DIFFERENT COLORS SCREWS DON’T FIT… INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RHIS PRODUCT OR SELLER! I GAVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE IT FORCED ME TO RATE IN ORDER TO GO FORWARD AND SUBMIT THE REVIEW!
