Ernie Ball Purple Polypro Guitar Strap

Always good to have a new guitar strap and I do like Ernie Ball products. This strap does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and comfortable.Great vfm.Would recommend and I’d buy this item again.

Excellent straps, I already own around 6 of them & they are great. The straps fit perfectly & are hard wearing & comfortable.

This is great Ernie Ball is a well known brand of guitar accessories so I was excited to order this guitar strap.It’s strong, durable and gives me confidence that my guitar is safe when over my shoulders. It is a very thick material with a leather attachment point on each end. The leather is quite tough but that’s exactly what you need to slide over the pin on your guitar. That way it won’t slide off.I even tested doing the rock star classic guitar spin round the body with this and it worked!My strap is a gorgeous maroon colour and goes really nicely with my guitar which is all white! Very happy with this strap. I wouldn’t use a different strap with my guitar, I would just purchase different colours and styles of Ernie Ball straps.

If you have an electric guitar and are looking for a plain, reasonably priced strap this one ticks the boxes. It's made of nylon and feels fairly sturdy, with an adjustable buckle so you can set the guitar to your chosen position on your body. There's no padding on the strap. At each end there is a hole which you can push the pegs on the body of your guitar through - they're a bit of a struggle (at least they were for me) but at least they're not likely to fall off. I understand that some people use strap locks - disks to put over the pegs to hold straps in position - but this strap doesn't come with them. The only decoration is the name of the manufacturer which appears on one of the leathery ends. Absolutely fine for my needs, so I'm more than satisfied with this.

It works, can't complain with the value for money. It can come undone but very rarely and usually only when its twisted, but for the most part it works perfectly

I bought this to replace the original strap the came with my Roland Cube amp … around 18 years ago.The original strap was just fine, though the end parts were plastic and, over the years, had started to tear open at the locating holes. This new strap is much better quality, with leather ends that provide a secure and snug fit to the locating buttons. All this at a very affordable price.Highly recommended and, although not bought for a guitar, feels more than strong enough for most guitars. I can’t really comment on ‘comfortability’ as that could only be felt if used on a guitar.

Not the best quality strap- the ends shed black dust everywhere. I ended up returning mine as the quality was a bit too low in my opinion. But it's a good strap for the price

I needed a new strap for my guitar. Ernie Ball has been in business for a long time. They make quality guitar gear. It's not the most expensive strap out there but it does its job for what I need it for. I like that there is a place for picks. There is no lock feature. It's the traditional leather (or faux/bonded leather) over the strap button. It is a thick cloth strap and the stitching is very well done. Most cheap straps are of very thin cloth with very thin pieces of bonded leather at the ends. The ends on the Ernie Ball straps are bonded leather but thick. So far they have held on to my guitars. (I have two guitars with this same type of strap on both of them).
